According to the Czechk Government’s site the mayor of Sofia Mr. Boiko Borisov has changed sex.
Here’s what the site says:
The official visit will continue on Friday, November 9, when the Czech Prime Minister will first be received by the Mayoress of Sofia Bojka Borisova, and then will move on to Stra?ice and Velike Tarnovo
Quite an embarrassment for the mayor, who is considering himself for a “macho” type of person.
