A Bulgarian site has made it there!
It’s the Site Kreator.
This is not the first such an article with positive review of Site Kreator. It is also reviewed in the Top-50 Tools for Web Design of Mashable – the Social Networking News.
Site Kreator is made by Bulgarians, lead by Ivaylo Lenkov, a friend of mine, and classmate of my long-time business partner Mitko Ganchev (who, by the way, uses Site Kreator for his own personal site). You can read more about Lenkov at his LinkedIn page, or at his blog.
