The Bulgarian Prime Minister, Sergei Stanishev, has made the World’s 10 Youngest Leaders list of the respected Foreign Affairs Magazine.
In the same group are the Russian President Medvedev, and Macedonian PM Gruevski, and others.
Sergei Stanishev is born on May 5, 1966, Gruevski on Aug. 31, 1970.
